Grand Karat Sochi is a luxury five-star hotel situated in the absolute center of Sochi. Housed in a spectacular multi-story building with a sweeping, wave-like facade, the hotel boasts nearly two hundred rooms and two exceptional restaurants. Guests can enjoy two year-round heated swimming pools (one saltwater, one freshwater), an outdoor heated children's pool, and a jacuzzi. The 27-floor Grand Karat Sochi building was designed by Scottish architectural bureau RMJM in collaboration with French design agency Valode & Pistre, while the interior of the rooms was designed by British bureau De Salles Flint. The front façade of the building is framed by two columns with the lobby between them, and faces the green Ordzhonikidze Street; the other façade faces the sea and a private beach.
