How do I access my Loyalty Account to check my tier level and points balance?
Simply follow link, then log in using your email and password to view your points balance and current membership level.
How can I earn points?
You’ll receive points for every night stayed at eligible rates.
Please note that points are only credited to registered members who book:
- Directly via our official website: https://grandkarat.com/
- Through the Reservations Department or Front Desk standard eligible rates.
Exclusions: Bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., ZenHotels.com, Trip.com, Yandex.Travel), travel agencies, tour operators, corporate contracts, or other partners do not qualify for points or program benefits.
What are the differences between loyalty tiers?
The «Karat Ambassador» program features four tiers: Member, Expert, Ambassador and Karat Ambassador. Each level offers unique privileges, with higher tiers unlocking enhanced benefits for greater comfort and convenience.
How do I advance to the next tier?
Upon registration, you will start at the base level—Member.
When booking eligible rates, your total spending on stays will accumulate, and once you reach the threshold of 200,000 RUB, you will advance to the next tier—Expert.
Accumulating over 350,000 RUB will elevate you to the Ambassador level, while reaching 500,000 RUB grants you the highest status—Karat Ambassador.

When are points credited to my account?
Points are added 5 days after checkout (at 00:00 property time), provided the stay was booked:
- Directly via: https://grandkarat.com/
- Through the Reservations Department or Front Desk at eligible rates.
How long do my points remain valid?
Points expire after 24 months if no activity occurs (e.g., earning or redeeming).
How can I redeem points?
1. Log in to your Loyalty Account (email and password required).
2. Navigate to "Next Booking" and select your dates/room category.
3. At the payment page, choose "Pay with Points".
Note: You may apply points to cover up to 60% of your stay; the remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
My points weren’t credited. What should I do?
Points post 5 days after checkout. If missing, please verify:
- Your booking met all eligibility criteria (see "How can I earn points?" above).
- The stay was not booked via excluded channels (third-party sites, agencies, etc.).
